Product Description

Broadly speaking, large and medium-sized transformers use BCT terminal boxes. The terminal board is created via high-temperature, high-pressure die casting of epoxy resin and copper conductive rods, which eliminates the adhesion issue between the two materials as well as the stripping phenomenon brought on by the various coefficients of shrink and expansion. As a result, the possibility of leaking can be removed. Aluminum casting was used to create the box enclosure, which has a nice appearance.

Use Condition

  • -0.1 MPa to +0.1 MPa for short-term and -0.1 MPa to +0.05 MPa for long-term pressure;
  • Oil temperature: 25°C to +95°C;
  • Ambient temperature: -40°C to +70°C;
  • Vibration amplitude: 50 m;
  • Vibration frequency: 100–120 Hz.
