The impeller, motor, air duct, and cover net make up the majority of it. The impeller is specifically molded from high-strength aluminum alloy sheet. The motor is of the outdoor variety, totally waterproof, with insulation level F and protection class IP 55 (or 56). The cover net is made of high strength carbon structure steel or stainless steel, depending on the customer’s specifications, and the air duct is made of high strength carbon structure steel. The aerodynamic performance is optimized using CFD simulation tools. The anti-corrosion and anti-rust classes range from C3 to C5-M because the entire product’s surface can be plastic-painted or spray-painted.
